"My path at Rieck shows: Anything is possible - from trainee to managing director. What has always driven me was my enthusiasm for freight forwarding and my willingness to take on responsibility. Even during my apprenticeship, I showed initiative because I knew that progress doesn't just happen - you have to shape it yourself.

This attitude later helped me to drive projects forward, improve processes and bring about real change. As a trainer, it is important to me that you also have these qualities: curiosity, commitment, the courage to take things into your own hands and the willingness to go the extra mile. At Rieck, you get the chance to prove yourself, take on responsibility and actively shape your career. Take advantage of this opportunity and make the most of it - go for it!"

This is exactly what we aim to achieve in our training: We want to teach you the interrelationships in such a way that you don't just learn them by heart, but can apply them confidently in practice. Mistakes are a normal part of this - they are not a problem, but an opportunity to learn from them and improve. The important thing is that we deal with them openly and find solutions together."
