We continue to drive interaction and information forward: the new Rieck app went live for all our employees in September. And with this, we have set another milestone in our Fit For Future project in motion. In this project, we promote the interests and ideas of our employees and thus increase their satisfaction.
Logistics from the ground up: Andreas Wolff started his career as a forwarding agent. In his 45 years of work, he has always remained loyal to the industry and has worked for various logistics companies such as Quandt and Hövelmann, as well as for his uncle’s forwarding company. His focus: food logistics. He is now bringing his accumulated experience to us and, as head of the refrigerated transport department, is responsible for setting up and expanding the new “temperature-controlled transportation” service.

We are now also achieving greater participation and transparency with our new Rieck app. This is multilingual – so we can keep our entire workforce up to date at all times, including those without a computer workstation, of course. We also promote networking, feedback and communication: posts can be liked and commented on, a chat function is integrated and private forums can be opened to discuss hobbies and other topics.
Incidentally, networking worked really well during the development of the app: Employees from all divisions were part of the project team and worked on the innovative solution with great commitment. Many thanks once again to everyone involved!
