In Case of disputes with consumers arising from or relating to a removal contract that cannot be settled among the parties, the consumer is free to bring their complaint before the AMÖ Arbitration Board. Consumers can call upon the AMÖ Arbitration Board to settle the dispute, totally or partially, provisionally or permanently, in accordance with the rules of procedure of the AMÖ Arbitration Board in the valid version. The arbitration decision is binding on the AMÖ forwarder provided the object of the complaint is assigned to the jurisdiction of the magistrate courts (Amtsgerichte) under the German Court Constitions Act (Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz). The application for the opening of the arbitration procedure must be made in writing. The procedure is free for consumer.

We do not participate in the dispute settlement procedure under the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act.
