Großbeeren, November 27, 2015 – Start your career and stay: More than half of the employees who hold a management position at Rieck today started here as trainees. The company’s commitment to training was once again recognized several times this year by the chambers of industry and commerce.
Rieck Entsorgungs-Logistik and the forwarding company HOMTRANS are once again the best training companies: the IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein awarded this title to Rieck Entsorgungs-Logistik in Neuss. HOMTRANS was named “TOP training company” by the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Apprentices with distinction
Rieck Entsorgungs-Logistik has yet another reason to celebrate: the IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein honored Florian Saischek as “Best Trainee”. He completed his training as an office administrator in Neuss and is now permanently employed in the Controlling/EDP department. Maximilian Wüst from the Großbeeren site near Berlin received an award from the association
Verkehr und Logistik Berlin und Brandenburg e.V. for his good results; he now works in the Procurement Logistics Europe department.
“We are delighted about the recognition and especially about our dedicated trainees – they are the future of our company,” says Klaus Fischer, Marketing and Sales at Rieck and long-standing Training Manager at the Großbeeren site. “In return, we offer long-term prospects: of around 180 young professionals who have completed their training at the Rieck site in Berlin since 1980, we have taken on 120.”
