"How can we as a company take on more responsibility for our society?"
That was the big question for our employees in 2023.
The feedback showed us how important social collaboration is to our crew. A project with the following focal points was derived from all the feedback:
- Children and youth work area
- Smaller organization with Rieck as a major partner
- Regional focus at headquarters
Our project group has driven the topic forward and found a suitable HERZENSProjekt that we would now like to support in the long term!
Jugendhof Brandenburg e.V. in Nauen
The organization combines youth welfare with an organic farm and environmental education with sustainability.
We now regularly report on our HERZENSProjekt via various communication channels or invite people to action days and sports challenges. The sports group, the Rieck Logistics Group Sports Club (RLG-SC), continues to collect sports hours (exercise hours) on Strava, which are then converted into cash by our shareholders.
